The Beginning
Although it seems like Kelly was born to be a reporter, she didn’t always work as a journalist. Back in the early 1900s, she thought about a whole different career route in workout videos. She even appeared in Kathy Caiello’s Absolutely Abs, if you look closely, you can see the future Fox News anchor in the background wearing a lime-green leotard! Oh, the 90s.

Kelly attended Syracuse University, where she earned a degree in political science from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and public affairs. She graduated in 1992 and by 1995, she earned a J.D. from Albany law school. She began her career when she worked as an associate in a Chicago Law Firm.
