The Story of Megyn Kelly and the Bombshell Movie

Early Career

Before becoming a famous news reporter, Kelly started off working as a lawyer. However, she also ruined her credit when she was in her twenties. Her paycheck didn’t seem to keep up with her lifestyle. Luckily, Kelly was then hired by NBC, and with a salary of $18 million a year, she quickly worked it out.

Kelly moved to Washington, D.C. back in 2003. That’s where an ABC affiliate (WJLA-TV) hired her as a general assignment reporter. She covered both local and national events and began her career. In 2004, Kelly finally applied for a job at Fox News. Jonathan Klein, the president of CNN, later admitted that he regretted not hiring her and called her “the only talent you’d want to have from somewhere else.”
