The highly anticipated movie, Bombshell, is finally here. The talented cast includes Charlize Theron, Margot Robbie, and Nicole Kidman. The movie is surrounded by the #MeToo movement and the sexual harassment scandal the rocked Fox News back in 2016. Bombshell is the first movie adaptation that focuses on the scandalous story. The movie has a star cast and sheds light on Fox’s CEO and Chairman Roger Ailes.

Nicole Kidman and Charlize Theron play Gretchen Carlson and Megyn Kelly, two women who have already accused Ailes of sexual harassment. Although accusations date back to 2014, the movie takes place in 2016, when Gretchen Carlson finally pressed charges against Ailes. The movie is based on true events but includes some fictional characters. For example, Margot Robbie’s character, Kayla Popsisil, was not part of the allegations. Still, the story is important and is finally being told beautifully on screen. The movie premiered on December 13th, 2019.
