Designed by Americans Lawrence Perkins and Phillip Will and constructed by Leighton Holdings, the residence is well equipped with beautifully designed features and structures, including nine elevators, three helipads, six parking lots with a total car capacity of 168, multiple swimming pools, a three-floor well-manicured balcony garden with its plants serving as energy-savers, a temple, a health spa, a snow room, an ice cream room, a saloon, a 50-seat cinema, a ballroom, a gym, and indoor and outdoor bars. Also, there are approximately 600 members of staff tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the building and all its facilities, who also have access to their relaxation room. With the construction able to withstand an earthquake scoring eight on the Richter scale, Antilla is also one of the safest places to live in the region.
