Driving Down Hollywood Boulevard
Julia Roberts was once asked what her favorite scene from the movie was, and she revealed that it was when she was driving the crazily expensive car down Hollywood Boulevard – while not really knowing how to drive! She said, “I don’t know, driving around in the car in Hollywood was pretty hilarious.” And we’re sure it must have been!

The 21-year-old Roberts told the crew that she couldn’t drive well, but Gary Marshall was still on board for her to try for the scene. He later said that when Julia hit the gas pedal, the cameramen could barely keep up with the car. In any case, the scene was shot, and it made for a funny story to tell later.
