Mel Brooks – June 28th, 1926
Aside from being a writer, producer, and director, Mel Brooks actually served in WWII. This tends to surprise some people because Mel Brooks will always be known for his comedy. At 92 years old, Brookes is still making people laugh today.
Brooks was made friends with other known directors in the industry including Carl Reiner and Alfred Hitchcock. The two even helped Brooks with some of his comedic styles throughout his career.
