Males and Females
Most true Trekkies will have already noticed this, but for those who may not be die-hard fans of the show won’t know that most male Vulcan names begin with “S” and most female names with a “T,” followed by an apostrophe.

Speaking of gender, Data’s cat Spot was initially a long-haired male but later became a short-haired female in the series. Neither Data nor most of the audience seemed to notice this change.
