From Book to Film: The Full Story of Midnight Cowboy

The Move From Plays To Novels

His first novel, All Fall Down, was released in 1960 and was later turned into a feature film directed by John Frankenheimer, starring Eva Marie Saint and Warren Beatty. He then wrote Midnight Cowboy, released in 1965, and finally, The Season of the Witch, released in 1971. All of his works received critical acclaim.
