Why was he waiting there? He was supposed to meet Mafioso Anthony “Tony Jack” Giacalone, from Detroit, and Anthony “Tony Pro” Provenzano from New Jersey. Allegedly, Hoffa had the aim of mending frayed relations with Tony Pro.
