Meghan and Her Family
Meghan grew up in quite a complicated family with mixed roots. Her father is Caucasian and her African-American mother is a woman named Doria Ragland. After her parents separated, Meghan was mainly brought up by her mother.

Meghan is still close to her mother, who attended her much-anticipated wedding, but her relationship with her father is a different story. She is reported to not be as close to her father, as he’s been said to be “elusive” and was “not present” when she was growing up. Although her father wasn’t able to attend the wedding, he did comment in the press that Meghan “looks beautiful.”
