Research suggests that this statue might have been from before the time of pharaohs. Very little is known about this monolith statue. Historians Gerry Cannon and Malcolm Hutton believe that it is about 12000 years old when there was very little sand in the area. However, scientists are still looking for more evidence to back up that belief.
