Ruth Reed is a wonderful person who helped a complete stranger at a Wawa store with his food bill. See, Ruth thought that this man was just another person that she could help as she made it a new year resolution to do so. Little did she know that the man she helped was actually a huge music sensation on the way to perform at his own concert. The following is a recollection of what happened that fateful Friday night in New Jersey.

So, on the 3rd of August, a Friday, when she saw a customer in front of her at the Wawa on route 541 on Medford having trouble paying for his food, she made it her mission to take care of his bill.
