In Bielek’s speech as well as in interviews, Bielek explained the extreme changes that happened by the year 2749. There were no more governments, Florida was gone, and there was no central rule in the United States. Bielek expressed even more changes, like how the concept of money wasn’t used to buy everyday items.

Instead, everyone used a credit card system, but it meant something else. Basically, people would exchange and trade goods with other people when they needed something. Human beings also made essential and mind-blowing technological advancements in the 28th century. Apparently, by then, they mastered the mechanics of anti-gravity, which led to what Bielek described as an impressive human accomplishment.
