At first, Thomas thought maybe someone had an issue with their vehicle or got in an accident. But as he came closer, he could see why all the cars had come to a halt. There was a large figure in the road up ahead. Thomas saw that people were getting out of their cars to see what the commotion was about.
In his years in law enforcement, Thomas had never seen anything like this before. But still he knew he had to act fast.
